Energy follows attention.
If you focus your attention on what you are doing in the present moment, with the intention of creating from the heart (from true love), then you are always in the "now" and fulfilled by the task at hand. The chance of being unhappy in this situation approaches 0%, while the chance of feeling good approaches 100%.
One step at a time. Those who focus their attention inward have no time left for thinking around, because everything demands full concentration on the task at hand and a connection to their soul. Anyone who now considers this a difficult task and believes it's impossible to focus their attention on two things simultaneously should remember that it can only be fully understood by experiencing it firsthand.
You can simply begin. It requires the discipline to decide to shift your attention away from your thoughts and towards your heart, and to do this anew in each moment. It becomes challenging when you're still "enjoying" the process of thinking and find yourself in an inner conflict. This conflict arises primarily when you believe what you're thinking and at the same time feeling emotional about that thought. In these moments, when you find yourself lost in thought, it's helpful to pause, take a deep breath, and examine more closely whether there's an underlying, true reason for your thoughts and why you have an emotional connection to them. If this connection stems from trauma, it's essential to first neutralize the trauma's effects so that you're no longer emotionally bound to it and can allow a new perspective.
The decision to focus on one's inner self and integrate it into life leads us to increasingly engage with things and beings that are good for us. This is a completely natural consequence, requiring no great effort whatsoever. Only the associated emotions and perceptions serve this or that learning field. There are always at least two solutions or choices for everything.
When my energy nourishes what is good for me, I gradually create exactly the life I long for in my heart.
A bold step forward, and then another one...
