What is the art of consciousness?

It is not just the proverbial art of being mindful (being aware).

It is also the creative art of consciousness

(what do I create with what, on which level of consciousness?)

and also the art of conscious being (Who/What am I?).

I am aware in EVERYTHING I do, feel, and think.

I create every little thing from my heart, knowing

that my heart knows the truth.

I am.

To live this way is the meditation. During this time, as always in (ritual) meditation,

the following applies:

Anything can be. Every feeling is welcome and all obstacles are invitations

to look closely and recognize what I can learn and what it takes to overcome this hurdle. And then I confidently take the next step.

The rules of the "game" are basically very simple. Nevertheless, despite this simplicity,

we often find it difficult to maintain focus as the urgency of the world we live in presents a significant challenge.

The key to this is even more mundane, yet absolutely crucial for success.

Stick with it. Keep going. Repeat.

To make all of this significantly easier to implement, there are practical, quick, and sustainable tools. It's like anything you learn. At the beginning, it's often difficult and not at all easy, but then, as if by magic, it gets easier and faster. Until you no longer have to think much about what to do, because all levels—including body, mind, and emotions—know what to do and how it ideally feels.

It's like learning to ride a bike. Only when you know what it feels like to ride really well it feels almost like flying... and with that, new ideas, worlds, and levels open up.

It all starts with the first step. And then you keep going...

And every moment the new decision: Do I still want to go there/see the truth behind?

I always have a choice.

With love and gratitude, Fiona Gotschy
