Breathing exercise - Green

I release my mind and my wakeful consciousness completely into stillness.
I'm tearing down all the barriers, opening all the floodgates,
and letting absolutely everything drain out now.
Everything that remains, I'll pin to the highest.
I focus on the highest and feel my heart.
I feel the connection to my soul.
I breathe in green
and breathe out white.
(at least 3 - 21 times)
I feel my feet and notice how my attention is completely focused on myself.
