Love letter to my soul (exercise)



(3 deep breaths into your heart)


Dear soul,


I pin all my current and future thoughts to the highest.

and I align my focus vertically towards true love.


In love.

Free.

Connected.

Thank you.


If we repeatedly refocus our attention on true love,

we gain an energy boost, we are connected to our essence and

at the same time, our nervous system regulates itself. Living in this (energy) field

means an inner security and freedom that cannot be lost nore can be bound to lower frequencies.

The only requirement is the inner willingness to take care of ourselves...

the "YES" to ourselves and our lives.


The above exercise can ALWAYS be done as soon as you feel that you are, e.g.

in a whirlwind of thoughts, experiencing restlessness, etc.

it´s also helpful to have a wonderful start of the day or to unwind in the evening and

to align one's experiences with (true) love.


P.S.: If you have difficulty feeling "true love", imagine the following in your mind's eye:

One pillar inscribed with "Love, as I know it here" and

one pillar with "True Love" written on it.

Feel what the difference is.

Now you know.
