Here! Now!

Everything we need is within us. Now!

Even the smallest problems have at least one solution, because everything that appears to us as a problem originates within us. This means that not only the origin, but also the solution/healing/peace lies within us; however, we habitually focus on the problem and overlook everything else.

By recognizing that even the smallest decision has a consequence and shapes our lives, we begin taking responsibility for ourselves. It's a constant choice: Do I want to see the truth behind it, or not? Looking "behind the scenes" of our own lives helps to shed light on the darkness and solve problems with ease and the certainty that everything we need is ALWAYS there. Our minds learn to focus on solutions, which in turn nourishes freedom, self-respect, and dignity. Our sense of self awakens more and more, and with trust in our own feelings, previously loud and disturbing thoughts and events become quieter and less significant. Peace returns.
